The Enchanted Woodland

At the base of the Temple Hill Estate lies a three and a half acre area of once open land. The plot has reverted to nature becoming a natural woodland. It is this wood we call the Enchanted Woodland.

The wood attracts many species of birds and wildlife in general and is overflowing with wild flowers. However, having lain unattended for well over half a century it has become somewhat overgrown.

The Trust is working towards providing a leisure space for all residents that will be accessible twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. The woodland is an oasis of tranquillity amongst its urban surroundings allowing everyone the opportunity to enjoy a quiet and natural place.
