Young Woodland Rangers

Starting again next April our Enchanted Woodland Young Rangers Group will meet after school on a week night - weather permitting. And we don’t stop in the holidays either!

We coppice, clear, plant and play. Planting bluebells, laying woodchip paths and sawing edging logs are just some of the things we do - all going towards building respect for each other and our environment.

Fun Days and Special Events

Get involved with our Young Rangers and you could find yourself creating a fun day - running a beat the goalie competition, making a rope obstacle course and challenging the youth club to a triathlon.

Finding the Enchanted Woodland is easy when you have a map and instructions.

Whether you come by foot, use the buses or travel by car you'll soon be in the woodland with us.

And you'll be made most welcome.

Looking for a volunteering opportunity with young people?

Join us and help make the Young Woodland Rangers Group a place where all will want to go!

We work with young people from 8 years upwards – showing them Woodland ways, using tools such as loppers and saws, creating a leisure space on their doorstep of which they can all be proud.
